What to expect at your appointment

A lot has changed in our lives in the last few months but you can guaranty that your treatment will be as good as ever. I will be following strict hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and relaxed environment.

Please note:

- Unfortunately, I'm unable to offer you a blanket so please bring have your own if you wish.

Before your appointment

At least a day before your appointment, I will contact you to do a Covid risk assessment

Arriving at your appointment

I will be wearing a mask and visor for the entire appointment. You do not need to wear a face mask however if you feel safer doing so, please feel free. If you do not have any face masks yourself and want to wear one, i will be supplying disposable face masks,

For home visits i will bring my lafuma which would have been disinfected before my arrival and will be covered in . The chair will be covered in a PVC wipeable cover and on top of this will be a normal bed sheet (fresh clean sheet at each appointment).

For treatments that take place at yoga Rocks or sacred tree, you will need to review their guidelines for entering the premises (we will discuss this in the consultation/risk assessment as well). The treatment tables will be wiped down before the appointment and covered in disposable covers.

Social distancing will apply as much as possible.

We will both wash/sanitise our hands before the treatment (i will provide hand sanitiser if a sink is not available).
