Post natal

Pregnancy and giving birth puts a massive strain on us both physically and mentally. Having a newborn baby is hard work and we must ensure we look after ourselves during this time.

Reflexology can;

  • Improve quality of sleep

  • Improve mood and lower anxiety

  • Help you to recover more speedily post birth

  • Boost milk supply

  • Re-balance the body’s systems

Treatments can take place with the baby in your arms, while you are feeding or on your own (while baby is sleeping!) - however you feel most comfortable.
