What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient, non-invasive touch therapy. It is based on the belief that the body is mapped onto the hands and feet - every gland, organ, muscle. Applying pressure to these reflex points can trigger the body to heal itself and restore it back to its natural setting.

Reflexology can be used to:

  • Reduce stress

  • Relieve tension

  • Improve quality of sleep

  • Improve mood

  • Promote deep relaxation

  • Improve sense of wellbeing

  • PLUS many more benefits......
