What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient, non-invasive touch therapy. It is based on the belief that there are points (reflexes) on the hands and feet that are linked to every part, gland, organ of the body.

Applying pressure to these specific points can trigger the body to restore itself back to its natural setting.
